This 'bracket' was intended for mounting a water bottle, (or water bottles) to your seat post, and is adjustable (don't think it can be used for aero seat posts, though) The water bottles part comes in if you don't mount a cage in the middle, but I believe you can mount 2 cages at angles to each other (it has bosses for that-see pictures 5 & 6) I have a water bottle cage mounted to it right now, and will ship it with it, so you'll get a water bottle cage with the holder! If you need one, you'll get it; if not, you'll have an extra, in case you need it!
